Ordering
-At this time, we are only offering transaction options through non-automated avenues. This simply means you must physically e-mail, call our toll free phone number, or use good old fashioned ground mail to begin the process. Just send an e-mail, or give us a call, and we will be happy to process your requests on a one on one personal basis.
-We are still a small business, so we can also be found at www.etsy.com/shop/OldeworldCC where items can be purchased directly through the internet, using PayPal. The etsy site usually contains some of what you see here including the newest items. We also have two guest artists whose items can also be found and purchased at www.etsy.com/shop/StarlightMoon (altered clothes, hemp jewelry, etc.) and www.etsy.com/shop/VelvetLunaMoth (bead suncatchers, silhouettes, jewelry, etc.).
-We accept credit cards through pay-pal and postal money orders. Contact us if you require other payment arrangements. All money orders/checks of ANY kind must clear deposit before packages will be shipped. Depending on type of money order/ check, this could take 1- 3 weeks. Secure payment through pay-pal is encouraged.
-Note: We also have a home improvement business called ," Silver Star Home and Auto", so when calling, you may hear this response. Just let us know your referring to our web site, and we'll switch into "Olde World Collectibles and Creations" mode.
-Shipping- We usually use U.S. mail, but upon request, can arrange alternate delivery service such as ups or fed-ex. Most items will be shipped insured and delivery confirmed.
-Shipping/ Handling fees- We use flat rate U.S.P.S. when possible to keep your shipping costs down, but when items are too big for flat rate services, your shipping fee is based on weight and your shipping address. We generally only charge a handling fee if the item required more than usual packaging time. ( Such as securing a fragile item).

How to measure your Ring Size- Wrap a thin piece of paper around the part of your finger where the ring is worn. Pull tightly! Cut off the paper where ends overlap. Measure paper using a ruler with centimeters and millimeter. Choose the number at the end of your paper strip. If paper ends between two sizes, order the larger size.
